Lance Campers, the leading manufacturer of truck campers, just announced that it will be adding the ultra quiet and efficient Truma Aventa air conditioner to its truck camper and travel trailer lineup in 2023.
Lance was one of the first US manufacturers to incorporate Truma products into their designs, beginning in 2018. The Truma Combi Eco Plus became standard equipment on two of its travel trailer models.
The Truma Aventa is an excellent addition to the Lance lineup. The three-speed, low-profile air conditioner generates very little noise and consumes only 9.4 amps AC on the lowest setting and 10.5 amps on high. All nine of the Lance Truck Camper models, including the best-selling Lance 650, will feature a Truma Aventa air conditioner as well as one of the company’s superb water and air heating systems.
“With the addition of the Truma Aventa air conditioner, our customers will benefit from one of the quietest RV experiences possible,” says Randy Hunter, Director of R&D, Lance. “No more waking up or turning up the volume on the TV when the air conditioner or furnace kicks on!”
Known for quality and efficiency, Truma Corporation has long been the European leader in RV water and air heating and cooling. The German manufacturer’s North American headquarters in located in Elkhart, Indiana.
“From the beginning, the two companies have shared common brand attributes of quality, reliability, and exceeding our customers’ expectations of the camping experience,” states Gerhard Hundsberger, President of Truma. “Lance was one of our first partners in the US, and we are very excited to grow our relationship significantly this year.”
The 2023 Lance models featuring many significant feature enhancements, will be on display at the Hershey RV show beginning Wednesday, September 14, with production and shipments to Lance dealers beginning in November.
