NuCamp Breaks Ground on New Service Center and Training Academy

NuCamp RV, the premier manufacturer of teardrop trailer and innovative truck campers, celebrated the groundbreaking of its new Service Center and Training Academy on Friday, May 28.

As nuCamp continues to grow in the production of its campers, so do the requests for service and unit upgrades. This new state-of-the-art facility will allow the company to provide a greater level of service to its extraordinary customers as well as the nuCamp dealer network.

The project includes a 50,000 square foot, fully climate-controlled, two-story, multi-purpose service center—which includes 20 service bays—a considerable increase from the existing facility. The building will also serve as an educational hub where new team members and the network of national and international dealers can gain hands-on experience, including technical training and certification.

“The vision fueling this project is the ability to deliver unparalleled customer service.  It begins with thoroughly educating our own team members and extends that same experience to our partners within our dealer network across North America,” nuCamp CEO, Scott Hubble remarked.  “It is incumbent upon us to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with one of our campers is in the best position to understand, explain, and demonstrate the remarkably unique product which we produce.”

“This venture not only marks a monumental opportunity for us to strengthen and develop the support services we currently offer to dealers and consumers alike, but ultimately, it allows nuCamp to focus on our number one priority: the customer’s happiness.

Located in Sugercreek, Ohio, nuCamp RV builds several truck campers under the Cirrus brand, including the Cirrus 920 for long-bed one-ton trucks, the Cirrus 820 for short-bed one-ton trucks, the Cirrus 720 for 3/4-ton trucks, and the new Cirrus 620 for half-ton trucks.
