Our friends at Scout Campers just opened their first-ever showroom in British Columbia that they’re calling an “experiential hub.” This bold, and forward-looking move is designed to bring the spirit of truck camping to life in ways the industry has never seen before.
Scout’s new hub is located at 30580 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC, Canada. The hub opened its doors on July 12, 2025.
According to the press release, Scout’s new hub is more than just a store or showroom, it’s a “meticulously curated space where adventure is tangible, decisions are intuitive, and the path from dreaming to doing is crystal clear.” The hub has everything under one roof. You can buy your Scout camper, upfit your truck, install the camper on the truck with experts, then accessorize the rig with gear and equipment from well over a dozen partners. This forward-looking approach completely takes the guesswork out of buying a truck camper.
“This Hub embodies the essence of the Scout’s simple philosophy, ensuring that every aspect is thoughtfully crafted to be Simple, Modular, Minimalist, and Built to Last,” explained David Epp, Founder of CEO of Scout Campers.
In addition to choosing the right camper and truck, the hub also provides prospective buyers with side-by-side comparisons, guided in-person workshops, and virtual clinics. The hub is also a gathering place where fireside chats to outdoor film premieres on a full-size projection wall can be shown. As a matter of fact, Scout is opening the space to the industry as a whole where overland exploration can be shared and promoted.
In addition to Scout branded product, the company is partnering with several big-name companies including GoFastCampers, YETI, Rux, Jetboil, Sea to Summit, Rumpl, Biolite, Helinox, Anian, as well as Gozney Pizza, the first and only retailer in BC that will bring gourmet pizza to your campsite.
Scout’s extensive catalog offers seven lightweight slide-in truck camper models for both full-size and mid-size trucks. These include four hard-side campers—the Kenai, Olympic, Yoho, and Tuktut—and three pop-up campers—the Kenai, Olympic, and Yoho—all of which have been highly rated for overlanding and off-road exploration by the Truck Camper Adventure team. These rankings can be viewed in the numerous buyer guides found on this website.
