I am selling my 2018 Adventurer 80RB and 2012 Ford F-150 for $44,900. The truck has low mileage and is in excellent condition. Truck and camper have been stored in a carport since initial purchase. It has no history of accidents and has been in the care of the same owner since 2014. This camper is perfect for a single person or a couple. Minimum maintenance, reasonable gas mileage, size allows parking anywhere, including standard parking spaces. Designed to be able to separate vehicle from camper with ease. Excellent for boondocking or RV camp sites.
Truck Specs
2012 Ford F-150 single cab, XLT V6 3.5L, 3496cc, 213ci GAS DI turbocharged vin T-4 valve DOHC, with only 42,240 miles. It has an 8 foot bed for centered weight distribution and is equipped with air bags for comfort and safety. Truck is equipped with Michelin LR-E tires that are two years old with less then 1,500 miles wear. Truck comes with original tail gate and is equipped with tow package from manufacture with GVWR: 7,050 pounds (3,198 kg) and a payload of 2,300 pounds.
Vehicle is low maintenance with no automatic features to drain battery, including Manual crank windows and door locks (no battery drainage in park mode.) Interior rubber floor boards throughout. Air conditioning tested by HVAC certified technician and is found to be in good working condition. Vehicle is equipped with an aftermarket back-up camera, New windshield and new wiper blades. Truck has aftermarket extended mirrors.
Vehicle was serviced and inspected on 27 Dec 2025. Oil and oil filter was replaced with manufacturer recommended oil. Engine bay was cleaned and inspected. Vehicle passed Arizona emissions inspection summer 2025.

It has a separate gas furnace and water heater. “Fabulous” ceiling fan mounted over sleeping area. Professionally sealed entire outer and inner cabin in summer of 2025.
The camper has three holding tanks: 15 gallons fresh, 7 gallons black, and 8 gallons grey, and a shower and toilet combo cubby with newly installed storage custom shelves. Microwave, two-burner cooktop, deep kitchen sink with swivel faucet. Outdoor shower mounted on side of camper. It features a full size queen bed with custom aftermarket grip handles for easy climbing. Custom black out blinds throughout RV and a convertible couch for additional guests. It has a removable dinette table. Multiple cabinets for abundant storage throughout. The cabin is lined with rubberized faux carpeting for easy maintenance and house keeping.
The camper has an automatic electric rear awning extends for approximately 8 feet rear section. The four electric jacks are equipped with both manual and remote controls. The stairs are scissor style and are collapsible. Aftermarket additional hand rail installed for safety and accessibility. Camper includes AM/FM/CD/DVD/Bluetooth stereo system and a wall-mounted smart TV that swivels for visual optimization.
All removables such as evening blocks, drainage supports, new septic drainage hose, solar power 1,000 watt electric pack, five small electrical appliances, linen’s, cooking utensils, dishes, camping chairs and tables, pop up patio and elevated dog bed at no additional charge.
