I assume it’s because they already have so many leaf springs that a sway bar would make the ride too rough when unloaded? Also, maybe they expect loads to be carried low or on a gooseneck or 5er? Is there any reason not to add an aftermarket sway bar on a dually/camper set up?

Buy a F450 and you won’t need no stinkin’ sway bar! ?
