ParticipantMaking plans to get back into a truck camper (triple slide) after a 13 year absence. I’ve seen the TorkLift Wobble Stoppers to stabilize the camper when off the truck & they appear to be almost identical to the TorkLift Fast Gun turnbuckles, which I’ve already purchased. Has anyone made a homemade version of the brackets that the Wobble Stopper attaches to? Since the TorkLift Fast Guns are only used when the camper is on the truck, it seems like they could be used as the main component in the wobble stoppers if you already have the right brackets attached to the camper frame & the camper levelling shafts. Has anyone tried to use their Fast Gun turnbuckles this way? It would save carrying an extra 30lbs of attachments.

ParticipantCheck out Stablecamper at http://www.stablecamper.com This is a great product that is customized to your camper. We have used ours many times and can attest to the stability achieved when it is employed.
