Congrats on your new toy! I am on my second Northwood TC.
A week for dealer prep is common. It’s great the dealer wants to go thru their prep to make sure the TC is ready for final delivery to their customer.
That said, you should have your own check list of everything to check inside/outside top to bottom and front to back before taking delivery. Don’t rely on what Northwood or your dealer have done to this point. Schedule a time early in the morning to check your new TC so you have plenty of time to complete your checklist and hopefully address any minor issues you might find. Be prepared to leave it at the dealer if work needs to be done before taking it home. Don’t rush this process. Just my two cents from my own experience and from what I have read about other folks getting new RVs.
