Hello John, here’s a couple of thoughts is the latch at the top of the refrigerator door still in the vent position. If so this would allow air in the main compartment but yet the freezer would still work. Another thing to look at which will require you to remove the refrigerator, is to check how dirty the condensate coil is and if the condensate fan is working. The new model CRX has a condensate coil very much like your house hold refrigerator and requires cleaning from time to time just like at home.
