Thanks for the response. I also posted this question on a Ford truck owners’ site. Seems no two trucks are the same. Kind of seems like when running empty you either tolerate the slapping from the spring and the rough ride from the Stableload or take them off when the camper is off the truck. Obviously one size doesn’t fit all even though they come in just one size.
