A good friend was VP of Research and Devopment for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. He went to a lab that he contracted work to outside Toronto at least once every two months. Canadian Immigration hassled him mercilessly! He’s a really mellow guy but he finally blew up and told them:
“Look, I steer millions of dollars of business your way. I can easily take my business to a country that is happy to have it.”
They obviously put something into the computer because they quit hassling him.
As to boondocking security I agree that prominently displayed warning signs and cameras are the best first line of defense. The sound of a Mossberg being racked is second best.
It’s good to be a n00b - so I can aspire to be just stoopid.
