Actually, there’s a theory that those kind of stickers only ENCOURAGE thieves to break into unoccupied campers to steal the guns.
Plus, I’ve seen some reports of people being hassled, and even turned away, by the Canadian Border people because of their NRA and similar stickers. I can also imagine that such stickers will not be particularly helpful during routine traffic stops in gun unfriendly jurisdictions.
