I don’t understand- if you’re willing to have a 12,000lb winch, why not a 15,000 or 16,000 lb winch? They fit in the same carrier. My rig weighs a little over 10,000 loaded. I put a 15,000 winch on the front because that’s the biggest one that’s commonly available.
