I’m not aware of a “New Post” view here. Maybe I’m overlooking it.
If you move your mouse cursor over your name in the upper left hand corner you’ll see a window open that includes “Forums”. Move your cursor over “Forums” and you’ll see options for post you’ve created, responded to, favorite topics, and subscribed topics.
