It is possible they have resolved the cold temp issues but I suspect not from the comment about charging in cold weather. The batteries certainly are lighter but the price is prohibitive for me. I have 2 Group 27 AGM batteries with 160 watts on the roof, a Zamp controller and have yet to have an issue with not enough electrons to power what I need.
