Nice pix. It sure looks like you are alone. What is in the trailer? Snowmobile? Skidoos? I’m sure you have 4-season insulation in both the TC and the trailer. What other ‘for winter’ upgrades did you do? Studded tires? fuel heater? Extra fuel?
Jeanie and I love swimming upstream when everyone else is swimming downstream, just as you do traveling AK in wintertime. We are hoping in the near future to do AK again only in August/September timeframe to feel the approach of winter and avoid the AK state bird. For us, our TC is a 3-season affair: Fall/Winter/Spring. What’s missing here? Here is as close as we get to an AK winter: this is the winter of 2009-10: We received 16 feet of snow over the season, but no more than 6 feet at a time. jefe
