We are selling our 2016 Lance 1062 and our 2012 Ford F350 as a complete rig for $55,000 or the camper only for $30,000.
The Truck: A 2012 Ford F350 6.7L diesel DRW 4wd Crew Cab Lariat 155,000 miles. Excellent condition with many upgrades (new in 2025 Airlift 7500 air bags, recent Hellwig “Big Wig” sway bars front and rear, Torklift StableLoads, Bilsteins, full skid plates, more) plus custom installation options in bed and bumper for the Lance. The truck has been maintained thoroughly by owner since original purchase with 30,000 miles on it in 2016. Truck has descent control, electric brake switch, sunroof, recent tires, upgrade Kenwood nav radio with CarPlay and Android setup and Sirius XM tuner – and all maintenance receipts for 120k plus miles including frequent case fluid changes, filters, etc. No leaks—ever. Heated and cooled leather seats always cleaned and maintained properly in excellent condition.
The Camper: The Lance 1062 is a double-slide camper and is the second biggest truck camper that Lance makes. It’s best handled on a dually. I have seen one on a SRW but the fellow had gone to heavy duty 19.5-inch truck tires and wheels— an expensive upgrade. The 1062 is a 4-season camper with all the amenities in excellent condition and many upgrades by owner over the years. Features of the camper include:

I’m selling it as a package price for $55,000. Truck available separately for $25,000 but camper must be sold first if not in the package. Camper is priced at $30,000—new Lance price over $60,000 with these options. As a package, the truck has already been upgraded for the camper with many suspension and electrical mods, and thousands of dollars invested. Package includes “Tow Beast” oversize tow bar extension and custom truck frame hitch for trailer or boat towing. Truck is also set up with a 5th wheel hitch installed by previous owner.
