Sold: 2005 Lance 1161 Truck Camper ($14,900)

I am selling my 2005 Lance 1161 slide-in truck camper. The long-bed camper features a single slide-out and weighs 3,503 pounds dry. With its side entry, the interior layout of the camper is spacious yet cozy. The kitchen features a double sink with plenty of counter space while the 6 cubic foot refrigerator with freezer provides plenty of space for a week’s worth of groceries. The JVC stereo provides stereo sound from the local stations or a CD with one of the favorite artists. Storage is plentiful with a two clothes closets, two drawers under the dinette, and storage beside the bed. We put in new laminate flooring and carpet to give the camper an updated, fresh look and feel. The wood trim and oak finish polishes up real nice, and the camper still looks new after 16 years.

The dry bath is large for a truck camper with plenty of elbow room to shower. The air conditioner blows ice cold and works well during hot summer days. The roof vent over the bed and the Fantastic Vent fan provide a cool breeze to sleep, without running the air conditioner. The Onan 2500 onboard generator allows boondocking with all of the comforts of home; it runs the air conditioner, the microwave, the furnace, and the converter-charger.

My Lance 1161 has lived its whole life in California and has been stored under a permanent roof cover. This camper has never been used during the winter months. I am the second owner. I bought a new Eagle Cap truck camper and no longer need this camper. An envelope with all the original documentation, Lance decals, owners manual, operating manuals for appliances, generator, etc. comes with the camper. The camper received a yearly wash wax and polish. It is a clean well cared for camper with many years of use remaining. I used the camper two to threes months a year in the summer going to car shows. The rest of the time the camper was in storage.

Selling Price for my 2005 Lance 1161 truck camper is $ 14,900.00 cash only. You will need a long-bed, one-ton truck at a minimum to safely haul this camper. The camper is located in Beaumont, California, 92223. Available for viewing most evenings. Call Scott 403-620-0106 to arrange a viewing.
